İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik Group is looking for Engineer – Planning & Support who will work for Customer Care Directorate.

• Evaluating new business requirements and designing new processes when needed, preparing relevant after sales documents 
• Updating current after sales processes and documents in line with Consumer Laws
• Preparing and analyzing reports to improve the operations
• Supporting the relevant after sales units about processes
• Managing and leading projects
• Taking an active role for continuous improvements as a team player
• Analyzing the financial data of Authorised Services,
• Improving the financial status of Authorised Services by analyzing financial results; monitoring variances and identifying trends.
