QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for "System Support Specialist" for our multinational client in energy sector with the qualifications below; 
  • Must have 3-4 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong Windows and MS Office troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in Mac hardware and software troubleshooting /support is a plus  
  • Excellent command of English both in writing and speaking
  • Excellent customer service skills and good phone presence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to assist during off-hours when needed (upgrades, maintenance, outages, etc.)
  • Experience in project management


İŞ TANIMI

  • Utilize ticket system for monitoring and responding to support requests.
  • Support Mac & PC Hardware and Software
  • Support MFP, audio/video systems
  • Mobile Device support (IOS)
  • Update and Maintain technology inventory
  • Deploy PC workstations according to company guidelines
  • Assist in developing documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Provide remote assistance to remote locations
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new hires
  • Performs basic maintenance and monitoring of TCP/IP based networks.
  • Leads or supports IT Projects (implementations, etc.)
