Corporate Communication Manager (Temporary)

• University degree in Communications, Business or a comparable degree with relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications (incl. External & Internal Communication, Corporate Brand Management) acquired in a responsible position within a company or agency
• Good knowledge of local media and political landscape and established contacts to local media
• Fluent in English. Good command of English in both speaking and writing
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Willing to travel

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop and implement an annual corporate communications plan and strategy for Henkel Turkey based on the company’s requirements in close cooperation and alignment with the Regional Head, covering external and internal communications reflecting the “Must Have” activities aligned with the global CC strategic priorities as well as the country strategy. Monitor and ensure the ongoing progress against objectives.
• Deliver all communications activities in the areas of media and external, internal and online in line with the annual plan, budget and time frame. Ensure consistent alignment with corporate strategy and key messages.
• Consult and coach the Country President, the Executive Committee and the overall organisation in all communication related fields.
• Identify third parties in Corporate Communications projects and lead/coordinate the activities of internal and external participants.
• Evaluate the outcome of communication projects with relevant parties, acting key role for the preparation of action plans accordingly.
