• Degree qualified in  Engineering ,Management Information Systems (MIS) or Science disciplines.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Deep knowledge on FTTX technologies.
• Experience in Fiber Infrastructure Management.
• Technical Experience related Telecommunication Infrastructure Managements.
• Knowledge on GIS (Geographic Information System) applications.
• Planning Usage of Required Field Applications.
• Experience of Project and Vendor management.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong analytical deduction.
• Result oriented.
• Experience in Customer Relationship.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for executing intra and intercity of fiber Roll-out processes are in compliance with technical standards in target date. Notifying related person, updating projects and information.  Reporting with following projects and process closely
• Finalizing  fiber networks in customer site.
• Managing field applications (RoW,Constructions & Cable laying) about fiber operations which are ended into related points.
• Implementing fiber operation in target date, in norms and directions that is planned. Having implemented process updated and reporting by following conclusion of projects.
• Enabling infrastructure by managing relations with customer in process of Fiber project establishment.  
• Working with other departments to solve problems which are occurred during implementation of intra&intercity fiber operations.
• Ensuring feasibility studies and solving problem on zone that excavation is occurring in necessary cases.
• Controlling intercity fiber operation progress, the work process of Vendors and audit firm, following the completion of the work daily.
