We are currently looking for
Senior Service Engineer (International Markets) to join our Ford Trucks Team. The position will be based on
Sancaktepe/İstanbul and candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electric & Electronic Engineering
- At least 5 years professional experience in similar field.
- Advanced level English written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Organised and efficient, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and willing to work outside normal hours when necessary.
- Able and willing to travel international at short notice.
- Heavy commerical vehicle driver license is a plus.
- Planning, organization and coordination skills and ability to use initiative to make quick decisions.
- Familiar with CAD, technical drawings and manufacturing techniques.

İŞ TANIMI
- Support distributors and workshops in international markets (EMEA) in troubleshooting and repairing field problems.
- Generate Global Concern Reports to be tracked with PD, PVT and Quality departments through gathering field reports from distributors.
- Coordinate announcement and track progress of Field Service Actions.
- Conduct customer clinics and workshop visits when necessary.
- Coordinate communication between workshops and bodybuilders and help to resolve related technical issues.
- Evaluate technical competency to determine training needs of technical personel and help Training department in planning trainings accordingly.
- Develop Special Tools for carrying out correct and ergonomic repairs. Maintain distribution of required tools to workshops.
- Preparation and announcement of technical documents (User’s Manual, Warranty Manual, Service Repair Manuals, Technical Service Bulletins and similar) in timely manner.
- Handle complaints and give support to resolve for direct contacting customers.
- Help improve processes by supporting related IT projects.
