İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Customer Operations Planning Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Planning and Contract Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

•   Graduated from MIS , Computer Engineering , Mathematics or Industrial Engineering
•   Having a software experience
•   Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle , Sql and Business Object knowledge is a must
•   Dat.net knowledge is an asset
•   Analyzing cost and revenue metrics to reach highest efficiency level possible.
•   Responsible of Call Center Agents Scorecard
•   Work on “what if” business scenario planning to ensure continual improvements in staffing decisions and service delivery meeting call traffic demands
