Our Global expansion plan we are looking for a Business Development Manager

Our ideal candidate is expected to have following skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably with an Engineering Services / Consultancy organization with 5 or more years of relevant experience in a Business Development      
• Experience in business development operations in international markets,
• Advanced English-German skills both written and verbal,
• Experience in start-up projects is an advantege,
• Experience in B2B environment,
• Experience in Strategy Management, Project management and Business Modelling, 
• Advanced analytical thinking skills ,
• Commercial approach,
• Strong business acumen,
• Multi-task management ,

İŞ TANIMI

The role will be reporting to Vice President and Board Member in a stand alone position. Our successful candidate will be responsible from following duties:

• International Business Development in line with the company’s strategic plan 
• Develop business prospects, secure orders and build sustainable business relationships with international clients
• Lead the formulation, execution and monitoring of company’s business development, market penetration strategies and plans for enhancing business growth
• Assist in the preparation of bids/proposals.
• Excellent knowledge of BD, sales and marketing techniques and strategy.
• Liaison with international business managers of business units to manage leads for new projects and opportunities. 
• Achieving prequalification with existing and potential customers to enable bidding for projects.
• Understand customer needs & communicate with internal and external stake-holders; assist in the development of solutions that satisfy those requirements to minimize potential gaps between expectations & delivery. 
• Provide inputs to management based on market information to enable the organization to develop capability in areas to give us strategic leverage for future projects.
