QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Degree in Business, Engineering or another quantitative field from a globally reputable university
- 2+ years of professional work experience in e-commerce and/or Retail Company is required.
- Exposure: Sports, Sales, Marketing
- IT skills: Excellent MS Office
- Proficiency with web analytics tools
- Proven experience managing reporting, testing and targeting; SAP, Google Analytics experience preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing activities like SEM, SEO, and social media marketing is a plus
- Proven analytic skills, excellent judgment and ability to make recommendations and decisions
- Outgoing and convincing, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

İŞ TANIMI
E-Commerce Analyst will focus on analytics support for the online stores, including wholesale customers’ online stores. As a core member of the e-commerce team, the E-commerce Analyst has responsibility for providing all the reporting necessary for the immediate team, management, and senior management on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. This team member will interact with senior management directly so excellent presentation and communication skills are a must. On a day to day basis, the E-commerce Analyst will use a multitude of data sources to provide reporting and give detailed informative suggestions based on through and thoughtful analysis.
- Collect data from multiple sources, and analyze and present results to upper management
- Create and maintain dashboards that measure performance and outcome of changes.
- Define and maintain metrics and benchmarks.
- Partner with business stakeh”olders to further enhance a culture of data-driven decision-making and adoption of best practices.
- To promote e-Commerce transactional KPI’s & ecommerce channel strategy for the cluster including coordination with e-Business Team.
- Support Internal stakeholders on all e-Commerce related solutions.
- Execute and track execution of the channel strategy through regular review
- Establish and execute action plan to achieve the established KPI’s
- Provide support through to customers via or on-site visits.

- Analyzing and documenting the impact of online marketing tactics, site changes, events and other key drivers of web visitor behavior.
- Weekly, monthly reports (excel, BI tools, Google analytics).

- Data consolidation and validation.
