Senior Buyer

• Bachelor in Engineering is preferred.
• At least 3 Years in a similar position.
• Having experience in Planning and Scheduling Principles, Budgeting and Cost Management
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

İŞ TANIMI

• Schedule the procurement activities together with the Project Manager.
• Define the Vendors to bid based on the applicable Vendor List.
• Scout and qualify new suppliers/vendors, with a deep eye on globalizing the supply chain.
• Define the Project related T&C’s to meet the specific Project requirements and the Corporate Standards T&C’s.
• Negotiate with the bidders in order to meet the budget and schedule.
• Write the Purchase Order using SAP or the ISO9001 approved standards. Also ensure all records are properly filed as per the ISO9001 requirements.
• After the PO issuance, he/she manages the commercial relationships with the suppliers.
• He/She supports the QC Engineering in coordination with Engineering.
• He/She respects and improves the assigned Project budget, proactively working to close all gaps.
• He/She provides feedbacks on prices and recommendations on supply chain future strategies to both Operations and Commercial.
