QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- At least 2 years experience in CRM Analytics department is mandotary
- An undergraduate degree from a reputable university in MIS, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related sciences MBA and/or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline will be an asset
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language is mandatory (French would be an asset)
- Experience in data mining tools (preferably SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Miner)
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment with other business units and IT.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Engage in high performance work teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- No military service obligation for male candidates (at least 2 years)
İŞ TANIMI
- Developing segmentations by clustering customers showing the same features and monitoring
- Developing propenstiy models to estimate customers who tend to use products or channels according to the Bank’s growth strategy and integration of them into the campaign management system.
- Monitoring the performance of models and implementing if there’s a need of renewal.
- Developing optimization mechanisms to ensure the best and most profitable service to the customer by using predictive model and customer lifetime value analysis.
- Preperation of campaign target customers and fine tune of campaign targets by obtaining the results.
- Planning of analysis requested by different departments and preparation of them according to the plan.
- Update and automotization of optimizations, datamarts and segmentations
- Identify strategic and operational needs, improvement areas and develop projects to increase efficiency
- Deliver and implement assigned projects, assess and track current business models effectiveness
- Prepare the detailed and elaborated analysis documents for business teams and "Business Requirement" documents for the IT development team
- Build CRM action plan for Business Units in line with the overall sales & marketing strategies.
- Following the best practices in CRM Analytics applied in the World and implement them in the bank according to the needs.
