- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communication, Administrative Sciences or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of experience in Communications area
- NGO experience (as professional or volunteer) is an asset
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Positive and effective team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Result oriented with strong planning and organization skills
- Able to work in a fast moving and demanding work environment
- No travel restrictions
- No military service obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Leads the social responsibility projects, yearly plans and communication goals, work to ensure continuous funds, image and communication management for all social responsibility projects.
- Being responsible from the social responsibility projects, plan and organize all activities in order to increase project awareness
- Explore the ways to maximize the awareness, efficiency, impact and reputation of the CSR projects
- Leads the NGO relations and raise the Avon perception as a strong corporate citizen among NGO’s.
- To be the contact person for the donations, charitable events etc. for Associates and NGO’s.
- Make and follow up product plans of social responsibility project
- Carry out strategic relationships with business partners
- Support company operations about press relations
