• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferably engineering background with degree level accompanied by MBA or higher degree in Manufacturing Management and Strategy.
• 5+ years direct experience managing a manufacturing organization/location
• 10+ years experience in Food FMCG (multi-site / regional),
•  Multinational FMCG industry exposure is highly preferable.
• Fluent in English ( verbal and written)
• Proven knowledge in project management
• Proven Knowledge in manufacturing  system and operations
• Comfortable with heavy travel and working in emerging countries for extended time ( Pakistan, Saudi, Kazakhstan, Romania, China, etc..)
• Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving skills.
• Motivation, aptitude and accuracy for working with computers and figures
• Comfortable operating in a lean structure and working closely with other functional areas.
• Substantial regional international experience and the ability to drive positive change by working through people to achieve exceptional results and commitment.
• Able to demonstrate absolute commitment to lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and the highest quality practices in a broad spectrum of multi-cultural operating environments.

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead the manufacturing expansion and the factories improvement projects in the UI region
• Lead the manufacturing equipment and system standardization within UI manufacturing facilities
• Develop and own the cost reduction programs of the manufacturing facilities:  This structural savings, productivity improvement, re-work reduction, indirect manpower optimization.
• Develop and own the manufacturing Systems:  This includes operational excellence, operations Standard operation procedures, manufacturing cost and waste, safety, quality, initiatives, productivity projects, Industrial safety, Capacity planning , improvement projects, technical safety,  overall technical and operational competence and capability
• Develop and own the Supply Management System: This covers gap analysis, root causing and action planning for product availability, the process for setting and reviewing inventory policies for FP and for materials, the process for weekly requirements planning.
• Develop and own the Raw Packing Materials Logistics: This includes Raw and packaging materials Logistics and the handling of customs and of local requirements.
• Develop and own the People Development System:  This includes manufacturing staffing plans, training and career development.
