QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Netaş is Turkey’s Leader RnD Center serving globally with 39 years of R&D experience. Netas serves
wide span of technology services to Global and Local Vendors, Operators & Enterprises with its 700+
highly qualified & agile engineer resource profile. Now we are seeking new software engineers to extent
our work force. If you're interested in the experience of end to end software development cycle, come

Must have technical Skills:
- Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant areas
- Profound understanding of object oriented concept
- Minimum 3 years hands on experience in developing Java/J2EE applications.
- Having experience in PL/SQL, SQL
Nice to have Skills:
- Having experience in configuring and customizing IBM Maximo Application
- Having experience in Web Services.
- Having knowledge of Service Desk products (IBM TSRM: Administration, Custom Development & Webservice)
- Having experience in Linux systems.
- Having knowledge of ITIL.
Soft Skills:
- Good command of English language
- Positive attitude
- Able to multitask effectively
- Have excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills
- Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Enjoy working in a self-teaching, learning organization

· We are looking for Java/J2EE Software Developer’s that will take responsibility at analysis, design, development, test and integration phases of IBM Maximo Application.Preferred Candidate
