Pragma either acted as buy-side or sell-side advisor in these transactions providing services from the beginning of the transaction until closing.

We have a growing team of 30 bankers with significant experience in Turkish investment banking industry. Our team of professionals is among the most experienced in Turkey, with average 14 years of experience among the senior team members, having advised on a significant number of transactions, and our approach is always to dedicate the necessary senior-level attention to provide good service to our clients.
