IT ENGINEER

• Bachelors degree in a related technical or engineering discipline
• Min. 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Ability to evaluate and assess computer systems and hardware/software proposals for technical merit, cost effectiveness and business application
• Ability to communicate with and understand the requirements of professional staff in area of specialty
• Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures
• Knowledge of similar business practices and procedures
• Knowledge and professional interest of current / new technological developments/trends in area of expertise
• Knowledge of corporate organizational structure, workflow and operating procedures
• Skill in the utilization of organizational management principles, methods and techniques
• Job holder is on a daily and direct contact with the end users. Good communication skills are required as well as an advanced sense of customer service
• Job holder must have a sense of responsibility and be rigorous to work under strict SLA within predefined processes
• Analytical and technical skills and ability to propose solution to a fast pace changing environment
• Fluency in English

İŞ TANIMI

• Analysis, design, implementation and project management of infrastructure related projects by evaluation of technical and business requirements
• Ensure keeping network map, network diagrams and security rules  documents up-to-date
• Prepare local IT procedures in-line with business requirements
• Manage administration and support of data communications and connectivity, network servers and operating systems,  local infrastructure components
• Manage and coordinate system security policy, to include firewalls, host and client access, file permissions, and user accounts
• Liaise with solution providers to coordinate support remote sites and related business flows. Ensure efficient and high quality support  users, dealers countrywide
• Plan, perform and follow all backup operations for server systems, establish contingency solutions to keep systems always accessible
• Job holder ensures components of the infrastructure and systems justify the affiliate business requirements while fully complying with IS strategy and rules
