QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Polyak is the largest investment project of Fina Energy Holding - energy business unit of Fiba Group, which is one of the most reputable business groups in Turkey. The project consists of two operation units: Underground Coal Mine and Coal-Fired Power Plant.
Polyak will be the deepest underground lignite coal mine in Turkey with coal extracted from 700-1000 m deep coal seams utilising fully mechanised production technologies. Planned annual coal production capacity is 5 million tonnes and total coal potential of the project site is estimated to be around 250 million tonnes.
The power plant, with an installed capacity of 2 x 350 MW and annual power generation of 5.250 GWh, will employ highly efficient Supercritical Pulverised Coal Technology.
Polyak is seeking to grow the team bigger by bringing together its high–tech systems with highly qualified local and foreign experts from various disciplines.

  • Bachelor degree in BA or Marketing
  • Min 10 years’ hands on experience in sales & marketing in B2B (preferably coal, cement, metal industries)
  • Min 5 years’ experience in managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of business development, sales, marketing and business analysis
  • Fluency in English
  • MS Office Applications and ERP systems


İŞ TANIMI

  • Contribute to develop customer acquisition strategy by sizing and defining market segments, understanding the competitive dynamics of targeting, positioning, pricing and differentiation. Preparing sales forecast, sales & cost budgets.
  • Establish B2B and distributor channel priorities and penetrations strategies. Connect marketing efforts to revenue goals and market penetration through measurement and attribution frameworks.
  • Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer insights and use data to improve marketing strategy.
  • Develop new/existing sales channels in both domestic/industrial lignite market by providing the best and high quality service from the beginning to the end of the process in accordance with the standards of the company and with the customers’ expectations.
  • Establish coal dealer network, ensure continuous growth and expansion, improve / maintain and monitor dealer service quality and sales performance.
  • Provide regular reports of sales & marketing
  • Monitor and manage brand image customer complaints & coordinate technical teams.
  • Manage and improve the sales team’s performance.
  • Providing feedback to the production team to maximize value by product variation

Preferred Candidate

More than 8 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
