Summary The HR Manager, Turkey, is responsible for coordinating all HR related activities related to an organization’s personnel. Including developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior also talent management, employee engagements and onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities: 

o Supporting HR Head, Turkey in the creation of the annual Human Relations budget, strategies and action plans 

o Developing talent-related processes, practices and strategies 

o Tracking and reporting on talent-related metrics 

o Partner with business leaders to develop talent acquisition practices, processes and system 

o Training, performance, talent management, career planning, etc. Planning all Human Relations projects and taking necessary actions, 

o Have a proven track record in talent development including establishing strategies, action plans, KPIs, systems, and tools, 

o Coordinate and manage the processes of developing and executing recruitment & retention strategies 

o Partner with hiring managers to identify competency questions for interview consistency and quality 

o Provide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiting staff 

o Maintain HR systems and processes 

o Design and implement employee retention strategies 

o Prepare all needed HR reports for the corporate

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Min 5 years of experience in multi-organizational HR Supervisor/Manager role

• At least 7 years of experience in selection and placement, organizational development, career, talent and performance management processes

• Having knowledge of the Labor Law No. 4857 and SGK Legislations

• Involved in system establishment and development processes in line with the company's Human Resources transformation projects,

• Planning - organization, problem-solving and solution-oriented

• High process coordination skills, strong communication skills with team and business stakeholders,
