Who are we looking for?

3M Turkey is looking for a Dentist as Scientific Marketing Coordinator for our Oral Care division.

What are your responsibilities?

• KOL management, communications and development.
• Management and execution of training programs and seminars related to relevant customer groups.
• Leadership of clinical management program to educate Key-Accounts.
• Training of sales representative on responsible product groups.
• Coaching of sales representatives on procedure selling skills.
• Representation of 3M in dental associations.
• Applies methodology of process improvement when applicable.

What are the qualifications that we are looking for?

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Dentist
• B2B Healthcare Sales and/or Marketing experience is a plus
• Advertising and PR agency management and coordination
• To be familiar with e-marketing tools
• Ability to wisely implement the seven P's of marketing
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and result-oriented
• Strong problem solving and communication skills are also required
• Innovative, creative and commercial mindset
• All applicants must be fluent in English, proficient in MS Office Package and no military obligation (for male candidates only).
