 QUALIFICATIONS

•  University graduate, preferably from Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or Statistics departments,
•  Preferably experienced in the automotive sector with 2-3 years of experience,
•  Preferably experienced in demand planning programs,
•  Proficient in reporting, presentation, and graphic preparation,
•  Possesses analytical and holistic perspectives,
•  Team player,
•  Experienced in similar roles,
•  Strong planning and coordination skills,
•  Preferably experienced in SAP,
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
•  Advanced level of English proficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

•  Analyze historical sales graphs using the demand planning program,
•  Define inputs for new projects into the demand planning program,
•  Generate reports on part and customer demands for future years based on quantity and revenue,
•  Conduct monthly and yearly analyses of projected and actual sales for created demands,
•  Collaborate with the sales team to develop forecast graphs and lifecycle for new projects,
•  Develop annual sales budgets and quarterly forecast reports, sharing them with relevant departments,
•  Participate in global meetings with group companies for the improvement of demand planning processes,
•  Prepare analysis reports during budget periods and share them with relevant departments, both domestically and internationally,
•  Participate in the local Sales and Operations Planning management process on a monthly basis, prepare and present S&OP meeting presentations, and ensure the implementation of decisions made in these meetings,
•  Prepare necessary budget/forecast data for quarterly global Sales and Operations Planning presentations,
•  Communicate with customer demand planning counterparts during budget periods and as needed to monitor forecasts,
•  Conduct consistency analysis of customer forecasts,
•  Anticipate and regularly report monthly and periodical sales fluctuations to relevant teams.
