QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for “Sales Support Specialist” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Electrification – Distribution Solutions in Gebze-Dilovası location with below qualifications;


Your background

  • University degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
  • Min 3 years of MV and LV switchgear sales, tendering, design or commissioning experience,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Preferably Arabic/French/Spanish speaker and good at writing on at least one/two of these languages 
  • Experience in contractual negotiation 
  • Ability to present the product and organization technically and commercially
  • Action oriented
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
  • Team work oriented,
  • Outgoing, being able to handle different cultures,
  • No restriction to travel abroad,
  • Completed military service for male applicants.


Your responsibilities

  • Develop the business inside/outside of the company with different stakeholders 
  • Support the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. 
  • Provide technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/ solution/service related training.
  • Prepare/support preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Line/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives. 
  • Negotiate the customer contract T&Cs, and align them with ABB T&Cs
  • Run the Global and Local RR process, where necessary
  • Participate in the kick off meeting organized by the project team.
  • Define cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization.
  • Provide information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
  • Analyse customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization.
  • Perform lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Line to obtain better future results.
