We are looking for a “Production Engineer” to join our company located in Başiskele/Kocaeli.
Job Description
Ensuring the efficient execution of production processes
Monitoring and reporting daily production plans
Conducting efficiency improvement activities
Controlling production processes in compliance with quality standards
Planning the organization of shipment processes
Analyzing production-related problems and developing solutions
Working in coordination with relevant departments
Qualifications
Graduated from the Engineering faculties of universities
Advanced level of English proficiency (B2-C1)
Knowledge about production processes and planning
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office programs
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Successful in time management
Preferably knowledgeable in LUCA
