As part of our growing organization, we are seeking anJuniorContract Managerto join our Contract Department and support our strategic supplier relations and contracting processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields

Preferably experience in a tour operator and hotel contracting department at least 2 years

Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Good negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

No travel restrictions and flexible to travel

Valid driver’s license (Class B) and active driving skills

Residency in Antalya

For male candidates, completion of military service

Job Description

Assist in managing contracts with hotels and tourism suppliers

Ensure accurate maintenance, monitoring, and updating of xisting contracts

Verify pricing structures, allotments, and contractual terms

Coordinate effectively with Sales, Operations, and Reservations teams

Conduct regular market and competitor analyses

Prepare periodic reports for senior management

Manage professional communication with suppliers

Hotel and Destination visits (might be in and/or out of Turkey)
