We are looking for an “Accountant” for our global business partner in FMCG sector qualifications below;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of accounting
- Goal- and result-oriented working approach
- High attention to detail
- Experience with or knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Controlling the e-invoice, e-ledger, and e-archive processes
- Monitoring the approval process of third-party invoices and ensuring timely dispatch
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Assisting in the monthly closing procedure and preparation of monthly financial reports
- Reconciliation of the chart of accounts
- Managing bank records and performing reconciliations
- Supporting other team members when necessary
- Experienced and knowledgeable in invoice entries, reconciliations, and tax-related matters
