We are looking for a " Export Operations Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Chemical Manufacturing”.

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations.

·        Graduation from relevant degree programs .

·        Proficiency in English (Advanced level, second language proficiency is a plus).

·        Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel, and ERP systems.

·        Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and successful stress management.

·        Adaptability to a high-paced work environment.

·        Prioritizing customer satisfaction and proactive problem-solving.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Detailed tracking of orders received by the sales team and coordination of export operation processes.

·        Management of transportation vehicles, freight prices, and logistics processes.

·        Handling and finalizing maritime orders to ensure smooth export operations.

·        Active involvement in customer support services to ensure customer satisfaction.

·        Continuous support to the sales team on operational matters.

·        Participation in customer meetings and understanding customer requests when necessary.

·        Preparation of daily operational reports and sharing with upper management.
