We are looking for an “Quality Control Specialist” for our client with the qualifications below;

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduated ( Electric And Electronic,Industrial Engineering),
• Experience in ERP and office programmes, (N-ERP Education Service, PowerUser)
• At least 5 years’ experience as similar position,
• Advanced level of English,
• Has ISO , CQE/CRE etc. International Certification

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Quality issue report / Organize improvement to related departments
• Handling of Claims by customers
• Technical understanding of H/W, S/W, Mechanical defects
•  Proposing improvement of process
•  KPI Management of Quality, SVC Cost & Quality Improvement Project
•  Supply Service Materials on time.
•  Form strategy on overall process of quality assurance including product development, sales and customer service and identify and solve potential quality-related issues that may occur during each process in a timely manner.
