For our client operating in the electromechanical systems industry, for whom we provide consultancy services, we are seeking aSenior Sales Support Specialist.

Job Description

• Preparing quotations and cost analyses for projects,
• Creating and following up on domestic and international pricing requests,
• Managing and executing sales operations processes,
• Preparing sales forecasts, order tracking, collection follow-ups, and performance reports,
• Coordinating communication and workflow between technical and commercial teams,
• Managing contract and project documentation processes,
• Monitoring order and operational processes in collaboration with relevant departments,
• Preparing reports and analyses for senior management,
• Conducting cost impact assessments and revision studies related to project changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant field of study,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or bid/proposal management,
• Advanced written and verbal English proficiency,
• Experience in quotation preparation, cost analysis, and reporting processes,
• Strong operational capabilities to coordinate effectively with technical teams,
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior management and international teams,
• High potential for future managerial responsibilities.
