Quality Assurance & Product Compliance Manager

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Quality Assurance & Product Compliance Manager who will play a key role in strengthening our quality culture, developing robust quality systems and ensuring our products continue to meet the highest international standards.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of six quality professionals and take overall responsibility for Quality Assurance, Product Compliance and Product Certification activities.

This is not a traditional quality control position. We are looking for a leader who will continuously improve our Quality Management System, optimize manufacturing quality processes, ensure compliance with international product standards and work closely with Engineering and Product Management to build quality into our products from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and continuously improve AERA’s Quality Management System.

* Develop preventive quality assurance processes across the entire product lifecycle.

* Optimize existing quality control activities by increasing process capability and reducing quality risks.

* Drive root cause analysis, CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Define, monitor and improve quality KPIs throughout the organization. * Lead internal and external quality audits.

* Manage customer complaints and ensure effective corrective actions.

* Coordinate supplier quality activities and support supplier development.

* Plan and execute national and international product certification projects.

* Work with certification bodies and testing organizations to maintain product compliance.

* Ensure compliance with applicable international standards and regulatory requirements.

* Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Purchasing and Production to improve product quality and reliability.

* Represent AERA in quality-related meetings with customers, suppliers and certification organizations in Türkiye and abroad. Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.

* Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.

* At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Manager or similar leadership position.

* Previous experience within the HVAC, ventilation, refrigeration, mechanical equipment or comparable manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.

* Experience with product certification processes and international compliance requirements.

* Solid knowledge of quality methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA and CAPA.

* Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

* Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.

* Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
