QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University Degree in Economics / Logistics / Quality Management / Engineering,
- Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point),
- Fluent English is a must,
- 5 years in similar position, 3-5 years of Project Management experience with focus on quality assurance and process reengineering,
- Comprehensive experience in ISO9001 certification standards,
- Process improvement techniques and knowledge,
- Six Sigma / Lean / Kaizen certification is preferred,

Being the largest, most successful pan-European medical service provider specializing in diagnostics investigations, clinical laboratories and cancer treatment services; Affidea is looking for“Quality Manager” for Turkey operations, based in İstanbul.
- Hands on QM who prepares local SOP's, tracks and audits the operations situations, gives needed trainings
- Manages QA operations in Turkey operations ( imagining centers, outpatient clinics & laboratories).
- Collaborates with operations, H&S and HR leadership to identify and respond to issues affecting the delivery of patient care.
- Researches and recommends strategies and best practices and assists with the implementation of programs to increase patient care quality, excellence in operations and customer service.
- Consults with various departments, functional leadership and committees on the design, structure and implementation of quality improvement programs.
- Analyzes data to on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the QMS can be made.
- Ensures that all new staff are inducted into the requirements of the QMS related to their own roles and responsibilities. Provide update training as necessary.
- Monitors/Evaluates overall quality of patient care services. Monitors all cases reviewed for all overall quality improvement opportunities.
- Attends assigned committee meetings, acting as a quality resource to the Committee.
- Organize the reporting needs of quality initiatives and ensure there are meaningful summary reports
- Ensures that all suppliers used by the organization are selected, evaluated and reevaluated and that records of this assessment are maintained.
- Co-ordinate continuous improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.
