Process Quality Engineer

As the leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, which has a facility located  inTuzla; we are looking forward to meeting our new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise and will be responsible for engineering of the phone manufacturing process in our expanding organization as an  ‘Process Quality Engineer’.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

BS Degree in Electric Electronical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Management Engineering or other related majors,

Sense of quality, good work attitude, interest and willness to work in manufacturing industry,

2 years or more work experience on PQE/CQE/DQE/QC areas is preferred,

Experience in ESD, sampling methodology and general quality experience in mobile phone manufacturing industry,

Smart phone quality character and requirements, manufacturing process (Assembly or SMT),

Experience in MS Office Applications, Windows, QCP,PFMEA,SIP, GR&R, AR&R, SPC, MSA, Lean, six sigma, QCC, Minitab, QMS,                                                                   

Male candidates must have completed military service,

Resides on the Asian side preferably nearby E-5 highway, around Tuzla, Pendik, Maltepe, Kartal, Darıca, Çayırova (Location is:Tuzla).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for process and field quality KPIs,

Factory/production line/process compliance buy-off and audit, identification and prevention of potential quality issues,

Establishing, keeping update PFMEA/QCP/SIP/checklist/specfication and training IPQC/FQC/OQC to implement accordingly,

Problem solving techniques in quality issues, rapid response and action take,

Hold daily/weekly/monthly quality review meeting to push for improvement to meet target, monitor process quality performance (IPQC finding/PY/FPY/FQC DPPM/OBA LAR) and market feedback (DOA/FFR/complaint), 

QC knowledge/skill/ability training and assessment,

Internal process audit and customer audit, organize team to take corrective and prevent actions for audit findings,

Lead improvement project, such as lean/QCC/six sigma project , planing and implement continuous improvement activities.
