As Akdeniz Chemson, one of the OYAK Group companies, which is the world's leading polymer additive manufacturer; we are looking for a PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST within the Commercial Affairs Directorate of our company to be assigned at our location İzmir, Turkey.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry,
· At least 2 years of experience in Product Development
· At least Upper Intermediate level of English (German as second foreign language will be preferred)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
· Analytical thinking and result oriented
· Team oriented and excellent communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
· To provide researches according to the samples and technical information from the other departments,
· To revise existing products or develop new products to meet the needs and expectations of domestic and foreign customers,
· Testing non-spec products with appropriate methods and reporting the results,
· To ensure that the design inputs and outputs are controlled within the framework of the Design and Development Process,
· To ensure that the documentation of the Product Development studies is done and safely kept,
· To lead, finalize and report all analyzes requested by the Product Development, R&D and Quality Control management,
· Checking the maintenance and repair needs of equipment in the laboratory
· To ensure the stock follow-up and purchase of the raw materials, equipment and consumables required for the laboratory,
· Carrying out alternative raw material studies and reporting the results to their supervisors,
· Taking an active role in customer complaints by performing the necessary procedures and studies, reporting the results to their supervisors,
