Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 330.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.

We are looking for a Yarn Production Engineer to join one of the world’s largest acrylic fiber manufacturing organization.

Qualities We Are Looking For;

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering,
• Interested in yarn production processes and willing to work in a production environment,
• Knowledge of short fiber spinning and/or ring spinning processes is an asset
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in coordination with quality, production and maintenance teams,
• Fluent in English

Your main tasks are;

• Monitoring yarn production processes and supporting daily production operations,
• Analyzing production data and contributing to process improvement studies,
• Supporting quality control and production efficiency activities,
• Coordinating with quality, maintenance and laboratory teams to ensure stable production,
• Preparing reports related to production performance and process monitoring,
• Taking part in improvement and development projects within the production processes.
