Production Engineer

We are currently seeking a Production Engineer to join our team at ourKaracabey TEKNOSAB facility.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering
• Experience in production management within composite materials/plastics or automotive industry
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Nice to have experience in mass production environments
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 22163 (IRIS) quality systems
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Dinamo)
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong planning, organization, and team management capabilities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Able to work in shift systems when required

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage production processes in line with production targets and quality standards
• Improve production efficiency and process performance
• Monitor and report production data (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in production
