Psv - System Validation Leader

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented System Validation Specialist to join our dynamic engineering team in Aksson. In this role, you will be actively involved in the validation and testing teams for : software systems, E/E, hybrid and internal combustion engine vehicles (HEV/ICE), Vehicles equipment, safety systems, NVH, ..., contributing to innovative automotive projects and ensuring high performance and quality in vehicle systems.

Qualifications for Success

·       Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

·       Good knowledge of automotive mechanical, physical, electronics and software validation

·       Experience (min. 5 year) in automotive testing or validation,

·       Strong command of Simulink and ability to analyze technical content

·       Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

·       Proactive, organized, and analytical mindset

·       Good command of English.

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Confirm and understand the requirements that need to be tested on vehicles

·       Perform validation activities on vehicles based on validation plans

·       Create validation plans if not available

·       Inform the Validation Project Manager

·       Support the team in solving validation challenges

·       Open tickets for non-compliant test results

·       Contribute to the improvement of the validation process

·       Report any steps that are not fully compliant during validation

·       Analyze and report unexpected software behavior, even if it's outside the test plan

·       Investigate root causes of findings identified by other validation means
