Quality Assurance Executive

Cpl Cartonplast Ambalaj Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş.

We are looking for a "Quality Assurance Executive" who will be responsible for multiple tasks and will directly report to the General Manager.

CPL Cartonplast Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is located in two facilities in Bursa; Kestel and İnegöl.

The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below;

·         University degree in relevant Engineering,

·         Should have at least 10 years of quality management systems experience, “(specifically in the food industry)”

·         Should be knowledgeable about ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental management systems

·         Should be qualified at MS-Office applications,

·         Proficiency in English,

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

·         Living or willing to live inBursa/İnegöl,

·         No military obligation for male candidates

·         Ensure that quality management activities are carried out in line with the Quality Management System standards and the CPL Cartonplast standards,

·         Follow up implementation and effectiveness of corrective & preventive actions; trigger the other units to find root causes,

·         Monitor all quality related complaints in factory, coordinate in solving quality issues follow-up of corrective action,

·         To ensure that production and quality control procedures are made in accordance with the hygiene rules and to inform the personnel about hygiene,

·         To ensure that the layout and cleanliness of the entire factory is made and effective,

·         To follow and ensure that the microbiological studies are carried out in our own laboratory or in the external laboratory and the results are evaluated. To share the results with our customers when necessary,

·         Support other departments such as Production and Logistics and provide them with requirements and necessary to ensure quality in their fields,

·         Follow-up calibration implementation plan for laboratory equipment and production area,

·         Update needed QMS revisions for production area and laboratory,

·         To organize training and follow up the results to ensure that personnel is developed on quality.
