Akzo Nobel Boya San. ve Tic. A.Ş.  is searching for Maintenance and Project Engineer who will be holding responsibility within Engineering and Maintenance Department.
(The position is based in Gaziemir, İzmir)

 Qualifications:

• Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering degree at a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance at a production facility
• Engineering project portfolio management for site CAPEX (Capital Expenditure)
• Process control, process safety and continuous improvement experience
• Pneumatic, HVAC, AUTOCAD and PLC knowledge
• Advance level of analytical skills
• Advanced level of English
• MS Office applications and SAP knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance management within defined budget including technical research for contractual agreements
• Follow up and improvement of maintenance KPIs (breakdown rates, MTTR, MTBF, maintenance plan implementation etc.)
• Projects management on reliability, productivity, capacity, energy, HSE etc. and business case development for capital justification
• Compliance with Quality System (IATF16949, ISO 50001) and ATEX regulations
• Management of maintenance team
• Contractors’ management and supplier communication
