The world's leading wheel manufacturer Maxion Wheels is looking a "Machining Process Engineer" for Maxion Inci Aluminum Commercial Vehicle Wheels (ATA) plant located in Manisa Industrial Zone.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the automotive industry,
• Experience in machining (metal cutting) processes,
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar tools,
• Experience in preparing NC programs using CAM software (e.g. Mastercam),
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken,
• Team-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset,
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serving as a Process Engineer responsible for Machining, Flow Forming, and Polishing processes,
• Preparing required CAD/CAM data and technical documentation during the product launch phase,
• Managing the introduction of new products in line with defined performance metrics and overseeing related manufacturing processes,
• Taking an active role in the design and development of fixtures, chucks, cutting tools, and related equipment,
• Providing technical support for the installation, commissioning, and integration of new machines and equipment into production; preparing layout drawings and planning the efficient utilization of production areas,
• Actively participating in all phases from product development to serial production, working in close coordination with cross-functional departments and suppliers to continuously improve manufacturing processes,
• Performing process risk analyses (such as FMEA), planning and implementing corrective and preventive actions, and monitoring their effectiveness,
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating technical documentation related to manufacturing processes (procedures, work instructions, control plans, etc.),
• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma projects.
