JOB DESCRIPTION
- lnstallation of analytical laboratory instruments, IQ-OQ tests and reporting after installation,
- Preparing presentations for user training and planning training,
- Making periodic maintenance, repair and performance tests on analytical devices,
- Preparing daily/weekly visit and work schedules,
- Keeping information about instruments in the field up to date,
- Supporting customer problems via the remote control software in urgent and necessary situations,
- Contributing to product/company presentation and marketing activities,
- Organizing demo work with the sales team,
- Monitoring customer satisfaction after device installation,
- Managing the billing process for maintenance, service and spare parts sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor, Master or PhD Degree Chemist, Physicist, Chemical and Physics Engineering is preferred,
- At least 2 years of service engineering, analyst or qualification operator experience in the field of laboratory
instruments,
- Ability to use one or more of HPLC, LC-MS/MS, LC-HRMS, UV/VIS, FTIR, RAMAN, IR-MICROSCOPE, AAS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS Analytical Laboratory Instruments,
- Fluency in written and spoken English,
- Advanced level of PC hardware and software skills,
- Analytical thinking and result driven,
- Strong communication skills,
- B Level license and active driver,
- No restrictions for domestic/foreign travelling,
- Military service should be completed for male candidates.
