Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for an “Sales Support Specialist” to join the Sales Department of Alapala Global – Depart (Spare Parts), an Alapala Group company, at our Istanbul/Yeşilköy location.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or sales operations (preferred)
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills

What Will We Do Together?

• Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team in quotation, order, and sales processes
• Receive customer requests and coordinate with relevant internal departments
• Support the preparation of quotations and related documentation
• Enter and track orders in the system, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Maintain effective communication between customers and the sales team
• Monitor shipment processes and coordinate with logistics and related departments
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in CRM and ERP systems
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management
• Prepare sales region-based reports and share them with the sales team
• Support continuous improvement of processes to enhance customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of export and foreign trade processes
• Experience in technical product or machinery sales processes
• Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
