As Alarko Tourism Group, we are looking for an energetic, fun, optimistic person who likes to smile and work as an CRM and Information Systems Specialist at Hillside Leisure Group Head Office located in Etiler, İstanbul.

OUR JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze customer data to conduct and develop segmentation
• Determine target groups for campaigns and announcements
• Measure and analyze performance metrics for campaigns
• Execute the marketing communication processes (Email, SMS) and provide reports
• Create campaign strategies and solutions through direct marketing channels including email, app push, web push, in-app messaging
• Implement action plans for customer loyalty
• Ensure the development and implementation of CRM infrastructure
• Design segmentation with other departments
• Analyze the needs of the guests, prepare and conduct customized projects to satisfy these needs
• Make segmentations by analyzing the needs of the guests, create and implement action plans to increase loyalty
• Identify areas of development in marketing and guest satisfaction activities; develop strategic sales-oriented approaches, projects and campaign proposals
• Follow digital and omnichannel marketing trends

IS THIS YOUR PROFILE?

• 4-6 years experience in data-driven CRM, preferably in campaign management, database marketing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, marketing, industrial engineering, statistics or related quantitative field
• Experience in SQL, data analysis, segmentation
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM systems
• A positive and can-do attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Result oriented and self-motivated personality
• Experience in Project Management and Data Mining
