About Aldridge

Aldridge Mineral Madencilik A.Ş. (“Aldridge”) was established in 2005 as a Turkish subsidiary of Canada-based Aldridge Minerals Inc. under the title of Aldridge Mineral Madencilik Ltd. Şti. Following a corporate status change in 2022, the company’s official title was changed to Aldridge Mineral Madencilik A.Ş.

Aldridge Minerals Inc., the founder of Aldridge, was acquired in 2018 by Virtus Mining Ltd. (“Virtus”), a tax resident of the Netherlands. After the share transfer process was completed, the shares of its Turkish subsidiary, Aldridge, were transferred to Virtus in 2019. In 2024, 70% of Virtus’ shares were acquired by CVK Mining. With this acquisition, the management and control of Virtus—and consequently Aldridge—passed to CVK Mining.

Initially headquartered in Ankara, Aldridge is known in the mining sector for its Yenipazar Project, located in the Yenipazar town of the Boğazlıyan district in Yozgat province. To date, exploration and drilling activities within Aldridge have predominantly focused on the Yenipazar Project. Upon reaching an agreement for CVK Mining to acquire a majority stake in Virtus, Aldridge’s headquarters were relocated to Istanbul, and negotiations with domestic and international financial institutions were initiated to secure project financing for the setup of a production facility.

Following the Virtus share transfer process, an additional protocol was signed between the parties based on CVK Mining’s financial support for land payments due in 2025, enabling the immediate kickoff of site setup and investments. Subsequently, a significant portion of the land payments for the Yenipazar Project was successfully completed.

The Yenipazar Project, which is a polymetallic project, includes 1 Group IV Operating License area. According to the "UMREK-2023 Coded Resource Report" dated April 24, 2024, prepared by competent persons of the National Mine Resources and Reserves Reporting Committee (UMREK), the site within the project scope contains resources of: 1.211.084 oz Gold, 40.017.230 oz Silver,  123.156 tonnes Copper, 401.833 tonnes Lead  ,585.694 tonnes Zinc

The total gold equivalent of the ores specified in the Resource Estimation Report is approximately3.465.066 oz. The mineral resources stated in the report were determined from exploration conducted on approximately 10% of the 9,239.15-hectare license area. An Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA") report has been secured for a 966.29-hectare portion of the relevant reserve area.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer or Process Superintendent for our new greenfield polymetallic mine project in Yenipazar, Yozgat. This role is critical for the design, development, commissioning, and long-term operation of our processing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Design & Project Oversight: Provide technical input for process plant design, equipment selection, and flowsheet development. Monitor construction and installation to ensure technical specifications align with the intended design.
• Metallurgical Testing: Manage and supervise metallurgical test studies to define process design, refine the flowsheet, and optimize recoveries and grades.
• Operational Readiness & Commissioning: Lead the transition from construction to operations. This includes developing pre-commissioning checklists, staffing plans, and ensuring all systems are ready for the first ore feed and the commencement of continuous operations.
• Operational Planning: Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both the process plant and the metallurgical laboratory. Establish all necessary safety, accuracy, and efficiency protocols.
• Metallurgical Accounting: Establish and maintain rigorous metallurgical accounting systems and production reporting structures to ensure accurate metal balancing.

Required Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Mining, Mineral Processing, or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of5 years of experience in precious metals (Gold/Silver) and/or base metals (Copper/Lead/Zinc) extraction and beneficiation.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience in metallurgical testing, laboratory management, and process plant design/operation.
• Language: Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for technical reporting and international collaboration.
• Location: Ability to work full-time on-site in Yenipazar, Yozgat.
