For our company, we are looking for a highly motivatedBusiness Manager to manage our smart coffee vending business. As a new business, we need someone who can take ownership of the business and make it successful. The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the smart coffee vending business
- Ensure that the machines are always stocked and in good working condition
- Develop and implement the company's operational strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor the performance of machines in the field and direct improvements.
- Find the best high-traffic locations for the machines and negotiate rental agreements with location owners to install our machines
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for management
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Ensure coordination between production, quality control, business development, marketing, and sales departments
- Manage the company's growth plans, including expansion in Istanbul
- Manage and optimize operational business processes
- Manage relationships with investors and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and comparison ability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work with strict deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and experience with inventory management software
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Passionate about coffee and customer service
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Residing in Izmir
- No travel restrictions
- Having a B-class driver's license and being an active driver
