We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance Department, responsible for the accurate and timely execution of accounting, tax, and reporting processes. This position reports to the Finance Director.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Business Partner (BP) requests, ensuring accurate data entry into SAP FI and MDM modules, and following up on approval and filing steps
• Manage the download, review, and approval/verification of Concur expense reports
• Ensure all entries and uploads meet internal control and compliance standards; follow up on pending approvals and escalate bottlenecks
• Prepare tax declarations including VAT1, VAT2, Stamp Duty, Special Consumption Tax (SCT), Withholding Tax Return, and Provisional Tax
• Prepare and control internal transaction processes and Transfer Pricing Analysis
• Review and approve FI entries submitted by departments
• Prepare audit requests and manage the audit process
• Take full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes
• Support other departments with Royalty and License-related additional customs tax calculations
• Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) and convey the analysis to relevant staff
• Analyze the effect of statutory accounting practices and monitor regulations to ensure correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Review and approve exchange rates entered into the system
• Manage e-ledger (electronic ledger) processes

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred majors: Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, or Management); Master's degree with thesis and CPA internship (SMMM) in Turkey are a plus
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting & Tax
• Knowledge of Turkish GAAP
• SAP FI and MM module knowledge
• Knowledge of Tax Procedure Law and Special Consumption Tax Law
• Advanced level of English
• Strong command of MS Office
