Roles and Responsibilities 

• Bachelor's degree, preferably Law graduate
• Advanced level of proficiency in written and spoken German language
• Strong proficiency in MS Office products
• Preferably worked in academic/student affairs units of universities
• Strong planning & organization and communication skills
• Effective teamwork skills
• No domestic/international travel limitations

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Organise programme promotions in high schools, participate in domestic and international fairs.
• Carry out foreign correspondence on behalf ofGerman-Turkish Bachelor’s Degree LL.B. Programme.
• Contribute to the design of the class schedule and the curriculum of the programme.
• Assist students, who will complete the first four semesters, over two years, at the University of Cologne, with their accommodation, visa procedures/Consulate correspondence during the enrolment process.
• Send student documents to the partner university in Germany, monitor the registration process of students, advise students and parents.
• Provide detailed information to people who inquire about the programme.
• Assist students coming from the partner university in Germany with orientation, accommodation, etc.
• Review the application files of foreign students applying via the International Office.
• Complete the credit transfer process of students coming from the partner university in Germany and inform the faculty accordingly. 

• Organise school trips/educational visits to the partner university for Altınbaş University German Language preparatory students once a year if the circumstances are suitable.
• Translate from German to Turkish and Turkish to German, when necessary.

• Contribute to the accreditation process of the partner university in Germany.
