QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

Education & Experience

 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development with supplemental course works in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5 years and above of progressive leader experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Experience working in multinational companies in a matrix organization.
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, employee relations and safety training, preferred.
  • Experience in Workforce Planning & Recruiting, On boarding and Induction, Employee Termination, Salary Processing / Payroll / Attendance and Leave management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, cost Management, Legal Aspects & Authorities, Employee Health & Safety (EHS), General administration

 

Qualifications

 

  • Fluent English. Knowledge of business English, spelling and grammar.
  • High-level of PC expertise in: Excel Power Point, Microsoft Word, including demonstrated skills in database management and records keeping.
  • Knowledge of Turkish employment laws and practices.
  • Strong Communication skills in listening, questioning, explaining, giving feedback.
  • Ability to effectively present information both verbally & written and respond to questions
  • Strong Interpersonal skills in building relationships, sensitivity, handling conflicts.
  • Flexibility in being responsive, creative, adaptable, manage change.
  • Self-management in managing stress, time and work, self-starting, learning.
  • Ability to make decisions in accordance with laws, ordinances, regulations and established policies.
  • Critical thinking – use logic and reasoning to come to a conclusion
  • Ability to analyze data, synthesize and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits.
