Your Missions:
Business Development & Client Relationship
- Identify potential opportunities through comprehensive market analysis and strategic outreach.
- Engage with prospective clients, orchestrate connections to demonstrate our expertise, and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- Negotiate and prepare structured technical and financial business proposals.
- Monitor clients' activities to anticipate their needs, innovate on our offers and win new strategic projects.
Recruitment & HR Management
- Attract and recruit top talent with the right expertise and skillset.
- Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Coach and develop a high-performance team, fostering their skills development and professional fulfilment.
- Manage your consultants' careers by supporting their growth and providing opportunities for advancement.
- Create a positive working environment and ensure team engagement.
Finance Management
- Lead the development and execution of the annual Business Plan to achieve strategic objectives.
- Oversee the well-being and success of your business unit.
- Analyse financial performance, including recovery and P&L management, and implement strategies to optimize results.
- Manage your business unit's Profit and Loss (P&L) to enhance turnover and contribution margin.
- Challenge and optimize existing processes to improve operational efficiency and contribute to collective success.
Your Profile:
- At least 5 Years experience in a similar position.
- Professional experience in business development, client relations, or management in consulting.
- Experience in recruiting and managing teams.
- Experience in financial analysis, recovery, and P&L management.
- Academic background: Master’s degree in business or engineering.
- Turkish and English fluent.
- You thrive in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals. You are structured, organized, and possess a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.
