UX UI Designer

We are looking for UI - UX designers with solid skills to add value to our projects.

The Value you Deliver

Implement user-centered design methods and design-thinking throughout the product development lifecycle to shape the strategy and define deliverables specific to the end system or product.

Communicate the user experience at design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.

Design experience across multiple devices and platforms, from responsive web applications to iOS and Android mobile apps

THE EXPERTISE YOU HAVE

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an interaction, user experience design or a similar UI - UX related role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile and responsive web design.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers & Developers to define and explore product opportunities.
• Understanding of technical requirements and limitations.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of UI - UX stages and experience on Sketch, Figma, Invision, Miro etc. for prototyping.
• Experience in low and high fidelity wireframing and prototyping for complex flows.
• A portfolio of case studies showing personas, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes.
• Ability to present your work to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a big dynamic team for global and local projects.
• Agile methodology
• Designing with key metrics and data
• Atomic design / component-based design
• Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy
