Now we are looking for a Production Engineer for our Usak plant in our global organization.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all aspects of Plant Management including Safety, Production Maintenance, Operational Excellence, and Quality to  achieve the corporate, regulatory and customer performance requirements.  

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Operations organization in sustaining capability, process and improvements on the production shop-floor.

• Identifying, solving and putting corrective and preventive actions into place to overcome manufacturing issues.

• Executing the manufacturing process according to the QM system driving a safe and secure work environment on the shop-floor.

• Maintaining records of all production related activities in the plant.

• Play an active role in training production operators about process changes, equipment upgrades, procedural modifications.

• Following and implementing the principles of 5S, Standard Work, Daily Management and Problem Solving.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Production, preferably in minerals industry.

• Excellent understanding of manufacturing principles in a 3-shift production plant

• Strong team player with excellent communication, problem solving and coordination skills

• Field applied knowledge of Operational Excellence, TPM, 5S,  and LEAN Manufacturing tools and concepts

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Male candidates having completed their military service

• No restrictions for international travel

• Having a valid driving license

• Experience in blue collar management.
