We're searching for a "Process & Maintenance Engineer" under Process & Maintenance Department Organization with the following requirements;

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering departments of universities,
• At least 3 years experience in Automotive Industry in a similar position,
• Preferably experienced in process and/or maintenance within the automotive or mass production industry,
• Good command of English,
• Good communication and teamwork skills,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring the continuity of production processes on the production lines and carrying out process improvement activities,
• Planning and monitoring maintenance activities for production equipment and developing continuous solutions to technical problems,
• Taking part in the commissioning of new machinery and equipment, and managing automation and continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing production efficiency,
• Working in coordination with Production, Quality, and other relevant departments to contribute to the achievement of operational targets.
