We're searching for a "Design Engineer" to join our R&D team and contribute to the design and development of high-performance connector products with following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field,
- Minimum 3 years of product design and development experience,
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, including 3D modeling, assembly design, and 2D drawing creation,
- Good knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing standards,
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes,
- Experience with DFMEA, DFM/DFA, design verification, and validation is preferred,
- Experience with PDM/PLM systems and engineering change management is an advantage,
- Experience in connector, cable assembly, electromechanical, automotive, aerospace, or defense industries is highly desirable,
- Knowledge of applicable industry and military standards is an advantage,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional and international environment,
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality,

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer and product requirements and develop connector designs that meet defined technical specifications,
- Review and interpret customer specifications, technical drawings, standards, and requirements,
- Design and develop mechanical and electromechanical components of connector products,
- Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks,
- Apply GD&T and engineering drawing principles to ensure functional and manufacturable designs,
- Support product development activities from concept and prototype through testing, validation, and production release,
- Participate in design reviews, DFMEA activities, technical trials, testing, and product introduction,
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of product and manufacturing issues,
- Develop and implement design optimization and cost reduction initiatives,
- Consider cost, quality, reliability, manufacturability, and performance throughout the design process,
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams,
- Support engineering changes, drawing revisions, and timely release of technical documentation,
- Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines,
- Translating customer and product requirements into robust mechanical and electromechanical designs, while ensuring compliance with applicable industry, customer, and military standards.
