We're searching for a "Production Engineer" with the following requirements;

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field,
• At least 2-5 years experience in similar position in a global industial company,
• Good Command of English,
• Knowledge in Lean Production Tools,
• Good Communication and Problem Solving Skills, 
• Analytical Thinking and Result Focused Approach,
• Able to travel,
• Suitable for shift work,
• No Military Obligation for Male Candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency, productivity and capacity.
• Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate production-related technical problems and provide effective root-cause solutions.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including lean production, 5S and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and other relevant departments to resolve production issues.
• Monitor key production KPIs and prepare performance reports and improvement plans.
• Support line balancing, capacity planning, cycle-time studies and workstation optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, health & safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Train and provide technical guidance to production personnel when required.
• Participate in cost-reduction and productivity improvement projects.
• Evaluate production equipment, tools, fixtures, process requirements and support improvement projects.
• Monitor production process documentation, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Effectively utilize problem-solving techniques to identify root causes of encountered problems and develop permanent, sustainable solutions.
